Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms & Conditions of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TeeBa Games LLC («ԹԵԵԲԱԳԵՅՄՍ» ՍՊԸ, State Registration: 999.110.1611820, TIN: 03594118). This Agreement governs your access to and use of TeeBa Games titles and gaming services (including Blotify, Nardify, Durakify, and Shashkify) across Web, Telegram Mini Apps, Android, and iOS. By registering, downloading, or playing, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Contracting Parties & Legal Capacity

You warrant that you possess full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into and be bound by these Terms. Acceptance electronically has the exact same binding legal effect as a physically signed agreement.

2. Strict 18+ Age Requirement

TeeBa Games services are strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Minors are prohibited from creating accounts or participating in multiplayer matches. Accounts discovered to belong to minors will be terminated immediately with forfeiture of any virtual balances.

3. Single Account Policy & Security

Each individual player is permitted to operate only ONE (1) active account. Creating multiple clone accounts to farm daily bonuses, manipulate Elo ratings, or transfer virtual currency is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions conducted under your account.

4. Social Entertainment Only (No Real-Money Gambling)

All games provided by TeeBa Games LLC are social tabletop and card simulations designed strictly for personal entertainment and competitive recreation. Our services DO NOT constitute gambling, sports betting, or a casino. No real money can be wagered, won, or cashed out under any circumstances.

5. Virtual Currency & In-Game Items

Virtual chips (Silver/Gold), diamonds, season passes, card backs, and avatar frames represent a limited, revocable personal license for in-game entertainment. Virtual items have ABSOLUTELY NO REAL-WORLD MONETARY VALUE, do not constitute electronic money, and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for fiat currency.

6. Purchases, Billing & Non-Refundability

In-app purchases are securely processed by authorized billing platforms (Google Play Billing, Apple App Store, Lemon Squeezy). ALL PURCHASES OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND DIGITAL COSMETICS ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Instant in-game delivery constitutes express waiver of any statutory withdrawal period. Unauthorized credit card chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.

7. Code of Conduct, Toxicity & Fair Play

Players must maintain respect and sportsmanship at all tables. Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, abusive nicknames, profanity, chat spamming, and toxic behavior are strictly forbidden and will result in temporary muting or permanent account bans.

8. Zero Tolerance for Cheating, Bots & Collusion

Using third-party automation tools, bots, clickers, memory scrapers, modified client binaries, or card-counting overlays is strictly prohibited. Table collusion (secret signaling between partners, throwing tricks, or intentional chip dumping) is strictly banned and monitored via real-time server telemetry.

9. Disconnection Policy & AI Arbiter Fallback

To ensure tables never stall due to network dropouts, an automated turn timer runs when a player disconnects. If the player fails to reconnect before the timer expires, the server's AI arbiter steps in to play a valid card or move automatically on their behalf.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, 3D assets, animations, card artwork, sound design, trademarks, and brand logos (including TeeBa Games, Blotify, Nardify, Durakify, Shashkify, and Ashot The Keeper) are the exclusive intellectual property of TeeBa Games LLC.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeeBa Games LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use. You agree to indemnify TeeBa Games LLC against any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Official Notices

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any legal disputes shall be settled before the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
